Lawful basis
Legitimate interests — it is in both your interest and ours to respond to an enquiry you have chosen to send us

This is the primary purpose for which we collect your information.

Lawful basis
Legitimate interests — continuing a conversation you have actively started about a specific development

We will not add you to any marketing list or send you promotional communications without your separate agreement.
4. Who receives your information
Your enquiry is delivered to us through Airo Inbox, a messaging service provided by GoDaddy Inc. as part of the platform used to host and operate this website. GoDaddy processes enquiry data on our behalf as a data processor.
GoDaddy Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the UK to the US are covered by GoDaddy's participation in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, depending on the transfer mechanism in place at the time of processing. You can review GoDaddy's privacy practices at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.
We may also receive your enquiry by email, depending on how our inbox notifications are configured. Email is delivered via the email provider associated with our business account.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any ongoing discussions. When deciding how long to retain it, we consider whether your enquiry remains active, whether you have asked for further contact, and any relevant legal or record-keeping requirements. Records relating to a subsequent purchase may need to be retained for longer.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we have a legal obligation to retain it (for example, for accounting or dispute-resolution purposes).
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a cookie consent banner. When you visit the site, you are asked whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and remembered for up to 365 days.
If you accept, this website loads an analytics script operated by GoDaddy (the SCC/C2 analytics service). This script records anonymised click events — for example, which buttons or links you interact with — to help us understand how visitors use the site. No analytics data is collected if you decline.
The analytics script is provided by GoDaddy Inc. and data is processed on GoDaddy's infrastructure. The same international transfer safeguards described in section 4 apply.
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or tracking technology.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
- Access — you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure — you can ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances.
- Restriction — you can ask us to limit how we use your information while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability — where processing is based on consent or contract, you can ask for your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing, we will stop immediately.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent (for example, analytics cookies), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within one calendar month.
8. How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to resolve the matter.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time:
